VANNO industrial automation solutions

Solution Development

We approach every project as a technical solution: requirement analysis → architecture → key implementation → verification → delivery. Below are our development workstreams.

1. Hardware Schematic Design

Requirement: define power stage, control topology and I/O, and the operating constraints of the industrial environment.

Implementation: schematic capture, simulation and multi-round design review, producing manufacturing-ready documents.

Verification: prototype bring-up and bench test to confirm electrical and logic correctness.

2. PCB Layout & Design

Stack-up planning, impedance control and thermal design, laid out against EMC/SI rules; verified by DFM/DFT review and bare-board test for long-term stability.

3. BOM Compilation

Component selection, second-source verification, and lifecycle & supply-risk check, delivering a standardized BOM and procurement list.

4. Software Development & Upgrade

Firmware development, function customization, and firmware analysis & customization for legacy controllers, enabling function continuity and upgrade of existing equipment.

5. Motor Drive & Control

VFD / servo / PLC control solutions — one of our workstreams, presented in balance with the above as part of a complete control system.

6. Key Component Supply

Sourcing for industrial automation components with original / alternate recommendations, linked to the BOM and production plan.
